The Annual Feast · August 6 – 15
The grandest celebration of the year — ten days of Masses, novena and procession honouring Our Lady, drawing pilgrims from across the region to the great feast day on the fifteenth.
January 11 – 20
Ten days of devotion at the chapel of the soldier-martyr St. Sebastian.
January 31 – February 2
A three-day feast recalling the presentation of the child Mary in the Temple — Our Lady of the Presentation, known in Tamil as Kannikai Matha.
February 3 – 4
Honouring Arulanandar, the Jesuit martyr who founded our parish in 1685.
February 5 – 11
Honouring the apparition of Our Lady at Lourdes, with special prayer for the sick.
June 1 – 13
Thirteen days leading to the feast of St. Anthony of Padua, helper of the poor.
June 18 – 27
Ten days of devotion at the church of St. George, soldier and martyr.
August 30 – September 8
A novena to Our Lady of Good Health of Velankanni, ending on her birthday.
September 20 – 29
Honouring St. Michael the Archangel at Michaelpalayam, defender of the faithful.
September 8
The birthday of the Blessed Mother, kept with joy across the parish.
October 23
Commemorating the Matha Kaatchi — the day Our Lady's statue is remembered to have extended her hands towards the faithful.
